this month’s calendar wallpaper goes back to our geeky roots.  (well, for some of us, anyway.)  it’s inspired by geeks on film in movies like hackers, the matrix, johnny mnemonic, and war games.  if your more comfortable with a blinking cursor than a graphical interface, this wallpaper goes out to you.

as always, we have widescreen and standard versions available and this time we included a variant for your iphone as well.  the zip file contains calendar and non-calendar versions in the following sizes:

This pack contains 7 unique, free templates for Blogger.  Each template is customized with striking colors and widget-ready.  You can download the backgrounds separately, or download the whole pack, with the backgrounds included as separate files.  No coding is necessary for the templates, just upload them to your blog in Layout -> Edit HTML to start using them.  Pack includes:

we’ve been planning this for a while, so here it is: our first free wallpaper.  we thought about doing it monthly, but i’m thinking that we won’t keep to a specific set schedule, just whenever we have something to throw out there — which may be more than once a month or less depending on what else we have going on.  there wasn’t any real theme to this, i was just playing with shapes and liked the way the techno shapes provided a contrast to the more organic tribal designs.
